FMN is an Inter
Denominational, Inter Racial and Inter Faith organization which
looks past the irrelevant issues and focuses on the needs of the
people and their real plight.
Our focus is about
leveraging of the skills of our organization and the community to,
through collaboration and ownership, initiate and grow a sustainable
self help / development program. These self help programs go to
finance or assist other community needs like Clinics, Crises,
Health, Learning and Skills Development Centers.
What is generated by
the community goes back into the community. A co-operative mindset
is applied with all initiatives, in that people understand: with
ownership comes responsibility and accountability and good
governance being the key ingredient to achieve this success.
Sustainable growth = Sustainable income results in a Sustainable and
Growing community.
Education is good in
the challenges we face HOWEVER without an entrepreneurship program
it remains education. Therefore with an effective entrepreneurship
program it becomes Knowledge and Opportunity and not just a
statistical "pat on the back" or a political tool for manipulating
vote counts.
All contributions are
treated as investments, invested into peoples lives, and are treated
with respect and appreciation. Appreciation become visible, when
investments bear fruit and people and communities grow and excel. It
is not your fault that we are poverty stricken, but with your help,
help me to break the poverty mindset and cycle – It is up to you!!

"due diligence, evaluation & legitimacy process." We treat our
investors money as it was our own.

FMNM is an empowerment initiative where we empower people to help
themselves. So when our task is done and we more on, communities are
in a position to continue and grow at their own leisure and
potential. We do not hang around and look for accolades of praise
but rather focus on the next need and initiate the program again.
When we move on, we ensure maintainable and accountable structures
are in place and that good governance is maintained & managed.
